Introduction

Howdy ya'll. I'm a GSA guy who just found out about it and the intensity of my denial of my feelings for my half/step sister. We were reunited years ago and over the years became close. We were tight but I was blissfully unaware of how much we were connected. I don't know how to label these feelings. Far more than anything traditional. Very bizarre experience. Don't think she'll talk to me again because when she popped the GSA bubble she didnt know it would leave me reeling. I panicked and pushed back hard as I no longer felt I could trust her. Now I just miss her to the point where it doesn't make sense.

Glad to see there is some support. I need a therapist!!

Hi Milky. I just joined this forum too. I am going through a very similar situation and feel desperate for answers. It doesn't make sense. I found my brother a couple of months ago and it only took a few weeks before I discovered the undeniable extreme GSA and I like how you said that, popped GSA the bubble. Since then I don't know if things have been better or worse... depending how you look at it I guess. Now its like there are no boundaries and every day I feel like we get more obsessed with each other. I need a therapist too and if you need someone to vent with please contact me. You are not alone!

Thanks for the reply. Let Let me know if you need to vent too. I can't even find a therapist! I guess it doesn't matter as she won't even talk to me but man is it strong and unlike any crush or love I've ever had.

Thank you. And yeah, I can't find one, a therapist, either. Everyone I talk to has maybe heard of GSA but no actual experience dealing with it. Im sorry she is not talking to you, it has to make it that much harder.

Ummm and besides that not sure what to add; it *is* very difficult finding therapists or confidants for this sort of relationship but surely it feels like the people here are friendly and understanding.
We'll all work it out together!
