Hi, i came here after receiving an invite,I am 21 years old now and have been in a relationship with my twin brother for 5 years now (i am his big sister) he was a little scared about joining this as most of you know that there could be consequences if people find us out, but st the end we decided to join after reading some post with people similar to us, Hope we all get along!

Hello brother talking, i just wanted to thank you for accepting us in this community, i must admit i am a little scared about privacy and what not but it does feel good to know people out there like us, i also read the rules about sharing accounts and i wonder is it okey if we use B (brother) and S (sister) for when one of us is talking?.

On a close reading of the forum rules, I think I can let you in. I’ve done so. Members have to be over 18, and we can make allowances for bro/sis couples who are under that age when they began their relationship, as long as there was no force or coercion involved. As there certainly doesn’t seem to be.

It is OKAY if you were under 18 when you started with each other. Minors four years apart in age or less “explore” and therapists usually don’t consider that predatory unless there is coercion.

Omg lol rostone no! XD she's not my *identical* twin! we're similar in so many ways but we're different in others... it's often helpful because we compliment each other.

Sorry to be late to the thread... I was on yesterday at slightly earlier times than normal. Yes, all is good with you being here. What we don't approve are 16 year olds being with their parents or other significantly older relatives that are still responsible for looking after them. There are a good deal of similarly aged siblings who get started before 18, and that is okay by me because neither of you had power over the other. We recognise this difference and obviously both scenarios are treated differently here, of course they can't join until they're over 18, but they can join at that point even when it started a bit earlier. 16 is legal age in many European countries anyway, including my own.

So yes, UN, you were right to let them in.

Cherrytree, welcome to KS. If you're worried about privacy, notice that there are some forums that are visible when logged out, and some only visible when you're logged in, the ones that you can only see when logged in are the ones where your posts can only be read by other upgraded members. It is safe to post more private stuff there or ask for advice and stuff, but obviously be careful when posting in any public areas of the forum (those you can see when logged out). You're definitely safer here than other places.
