My introduction

Hi. I’m a twenty one year old male who has a siblings with benefits kind of relationship with my sister who is now 23. It started when we hit puberty and has been going on again, off again since. We have told ourselves many times we need to stop. There have been several “this is the last time” and it never is. Even getting caught only killed the arraignment for about a year before we started again. There have been times where the relationship fizzled. Either we were dating other people or lived in different places but recent circumstances have put us both back living at home and we immediately fell back into old habits. It just feels normal, and familiar. I know I’m supposed to feel shame over this but I just don’t. Sometimes I feel bad for not feeling bad if that makes sense. I don’t know if we will ever stop
