Kissing cousins

Hello I'm Joe I am 48 I've had both an attraction and real feelings for my cousin Kat since we were teenagers. There have been possible hints our whole lives that she has thought about it but I was to scared to broach the subject back then and now she's happily married on the other side of the country. I'd like to tell her but I don't know how and worried how she'll take it
