Some small changes around here.

Due to one of the threads in questions and suggestions, I have decided to make the Media and Off-topic forums off-limits to non-members. This is to give everyone a little more privacy and security. The only visible forums when you're logged out should be: Announcements, Questions and Suggestions and Introductions. So please bear in mind that these three are still public by necessity and can be accessed by anyone, everything else is members-only.
