Help I Guess

Hello. I am a man in my late twenties who has had a long standing interest in my sister for several years now. We were separated for a few years as adults during a very painful time for our family. Since her return, i have noticed that she has really grown up and its honestly hard not to stare because she is very pretty. Don't really know what to do with myself or about it. Any advice is appreciated.
