Introduction

Hi all,

I'm a 23 year old male who has been romantically/sexually involved with my twin sister for the past couple years. So far that part of our relationship has been very sporadic due to the stigma behind consang relationships, but after a heart-to-heart we're curious about how feasible it would be to an actual couple. I'm interested in other consang couples' experiences for dealing with the lack of acceptance and social/legal hoops you need to jump through in order to make a long-term relationship like this work, and finding out whether we could do so.

Briefly, if you and your sister want to be a couple, you’ll likely have to either keep your relationship secret or move somewhere where no one knows you and keep the fact that you’re brother and sister secret. Different people have done it both ways.
