Hi,

I posted this in the wrong spot earlier- my apologies!

I used to play a lot with my half sibling and I think that we are both experiencing GSA. So I would love to get some advice and learn about successful healthy ways of going about figuring this all out. We are both in our mid 30s. Thank you! Mark
