I am over 18, no experience with consanguinamory or GSA, but i am an ally. Currently not even cousin marriage is legal in my state, despite it being legal in about half of the country and the rest of the world.

Please explain more about being an ally. Also, do you plan to keep that username?

I support the full equality of all marriage between consenting adults. I am in support of those trying to circumnavigate discriminatory marriage laws wherever they live in the world. I do plan on keeping this username for the sake of anonymity if that's okay.

Please explain why you chose KS to come to as an ally rather than an LGBTQ+ or polyamorous board, and what kinds of things you’d like to do as an ally at KS.

Allies need to be trusted to be effective. Trust requires that the others here get to know you well. We have quite a steady stream of people who come here for fap stories and claim to be allies. So naturally people are a reluctant to open up to new folks who aren’t well known. Quite frankly, having an impossible forum name is going to make it very difficult for you to be remembered, therefore to be trusted, therefore to be an effective ally. I’d strongly recommend changing it to something more human-readable.

I would like to discuss legal and political topics surrounding consanguinamory as well as other marriage inequality issues. Other forums claim to support "any two consenting adults" but it seems hypocritical to me.

I did not think my name would be an issue. I would be willing to change it.
