Hello, I'm an 18 year old male. I've personally not had any experiences with family members but recently became interested in the true prevalence of these kinds of relationships. I'd like to be able to explore the forum to feed my curiosity and learn about this kind of thing.

I harbour no ill intent or prejudice. Rather, I think that as long as it's consensual that's none of anyone else's business. I'm just very interested in this "taboo" subject and where the strict social norms around it came from and how people navigate them and whether social change is necessary.

I think this is one of the main reasons most are here to be educated and supported by others with knowledge of consang relationships. being isolated and labeled makes you want to connect with others who have the same feelings.
