Recently I’ve been coming to terms with being consang/having FSA. I haven’t been in a relationship with a family member, but I’m deeply in love with my estranged father and have sexual and romantic feelings for my mother and other relatives. My feelings have always been unrequited and I don’t know how to cope with it, I guess my family isn’t open that way. I’ve had to repress and hide my feelings, which brought on a lot of guilt, shame and depression. I don’t want to feel bad about who I love whether they love me back or not and I hope being part of this forum can help me find some solidarity
