Logged out you should see 5 (announcements, questions/suggestions, Introductions, Media Forum, Off Topic) when logged in there should be a total of 13.

I can see 7 including 2 including creative writing. it appears i can make replys but not actually post my own individual topic thoughts in these forums. cant see the 13 you talk about

You did spell and use it right. Some find it easier to write consang for short.
