Hi - I have been looking for a group like this for many years, am 64 yo with multiple family relationships throughout my life, trying to make sense of them all - I wish we had this support many years ago!

My cousin and I fell madly in love, and lived a sweet life together for many years. However, since family is so important both of us, it was important that we be seen in the proper context in our family. Our family could not tolerate incest, so we hid our love. We came to a tipping point when my cousin desperately wanted a baby, but because of the family stigma of incest, at the time I could not give her one. I have regretted that decision my entire life. I am in support of this group, I've been a supporter of equality to all, and I will do anything I can to support a person's rights.

That's understandable considering... don't worry about it.

My family had no time for incest, her mom loved me and would have done anything to see her daugher, my cousin, happily pregnant and in love with me.

Welcome. I'm sorry you have regrets with how your relationship ended. It's hard enough to make a conventional relationship last...much less a relationship like ours. Regardless, I hope you have or can find your happiness.
