Malaysia Petition
Sun 27 Jun 2021 - 7:00
Hello. I noticed there appears to be a new ACI case in Malaysia. If the reports are true then I think this old petition is appropriate.

My thanks in advance to anyone who signs it or passes it on.
Malaysia is a fantastic country with a long interesting history, and filled with lovely people of diverse cultures. It is right next door to Thailand, which now allows ACI, which has all the nice things Malaysia has, plus the added extra of legal ACI. So if I ever have to choose between the two countries for a holiday destination, ... ? Well there's one more reason for Malaysia to reform its law on ACI a bit.

Hello. I just saw this story, but don't know how true it is. The law firm mentioned does exist, it is close to Kuala Lumpur. I have not checked if the lawyer mentioned is employed there. She is on Facebook apparently, but I don't do FB any more.

("The FTC started its probe into Facebook’s privacy policies in March 2018, which resulted in a $5 billion fine. While this was the largest fine ever doled out to a technology company, it still represented only about 9% of the company’s 2018 revenue")
