New member intro

Hi all, I'm beyond elated to find out about this forum. Thank you to the creators and all who work hard to ensure it's up and running.

Well I'm 26 and my dad is 45. I didn't grow up with him but met him once years back. We felt nothing out of the ordinary then. So we made sure to talk, txt, Skype regularly and be involved in each other's lives despite the distance. Over the years, we discovered we were literally the same in almost everything! Fast forward 8 years later, I decided to go see him again since it had been so long and we were practically best friends at that point. We met in person and GSA hit me like a thunderbolt!! Few days into the visit I told him what was going and discovered it was mutual. He was actually the one that found out about GSA. We are the happiest we have ever been and can't wait to start our lives together!
