Hi. I noticed this petition had not been signed by anyone from Ontario, only 5 Australian, 2 US, 1 Jordan and 1 Sweden.

To be honest, i don't understand.
Canada has its share of problems, but I've fallen in love with the place and the people after two short trips there. All I can do until the Covid thing is over is live there vicariously!

Did I read the currently law allows Aunt-nephew, Uncle-niece?

155 (1) Every one commits incest who, knowing that another person is by blood relationship his or her parent, child, brother, sister, grandparent or grandchild, as the case may be, has sexual intercourse with that person.

Also appears to allow full incest for non penis-vagina sex.

I would not be surprised. The Scottish law also excluded non penis-vagina sex, which in a way, would make sense to those opposing incest on the grounds of the birth defects argument. (I have not heard of any gay brothers marrying, or sisters). There's a strong Scots influence in Canada!
Some states in Australia have similar rules allowing uncle-niece relationships etc. The world is a real hotch-potch:-)
